The hotel was located adjacent to the Asenevtsi Monument and River Yantra, with great restaurants nearby. Most interesting spots in town were within walking distance. - the room was cozy and well-equipped. - the location was the best possible.

The hotel was set only 1 mile to sveta gora. The view from the window was spectacular. We liked our stay. It is next to the airport;)))

So close to all the touristy stuff, I felt like a walking encyclopedia! Loved the pool, sauna, and gym - perfect for my fitness routine of lifting my champagne glass to my lips.

Unfriendly minion at the reception insisted on charging my card before checking if I had raided the mini bar. How dare they doubt my integrity!

No reason to complain, we spent a terrific time here. The property was immaculately clean and staff was polite and very, very nice. Choose twin room with a double bed. The service was excellent, the food was appetising.

The location was great, next to some of our favorite spots, with a room featuring a balcony, buffet breakfast, and affordable prices.

The location is very good, in the center of the city and 10-15 min walk from the old fortress. The staff was very nice, willing to help and to make you feel comfortable; they spoke English pretty well. The room and the bathroom were extremely spacious and clean (room no. 306); also, it was very quite, we were not disturbed by noises. The hotel has a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and some massage services (I did not try them). Overall, I would stay again at this hotel.

In one afternoon, some music started suddenly to play (the box is in the ceiling); be careful that on the wall there is a volume button and make sure it is on the off position. Also, the breakfast is poor. Some remarks (without being a negative impression): I) the balcony is very small and near some roofs, so it is not very pleasant to stay there. I did not bother about this because anyway we were out all day; ii) there is no panoramic view to the fortress, but we wanted a quite room and did not care about the view.

This a very pleasant, comfortable well-appointed hotel in the centre of Veliko Turnovo, over a suberb view of the city & surrounding countryside. The decor is slightly dated perhaps, but still perfectly acceptable. Decent restaurant & café. Very helpful staff. When there was a mix-up about which bus station I needed to go to when leaving, the manager drove me to the bus company office to enquire & then to the bus-stop. This was well beyond the call of duty.

The breakfast buffet could have been better.

Swimming pool floor is like walking on ice when its wet. Lights throughout the hotel only come on when you walk past them making corridors and stairs very dark

Polite staff and excellent location near all attractions in Veliko Tarnovo. the room was modern with a lovely view of the town. - Hotel located next door to the best restaurant in Veliko and a nice shopping street.

Good value for money. View was amazing and enjoyed the city and tsaravets. Location was perfect.
